The Notre Dame Cathedral is a location used Rhythm Thief & the Emperor's Treasure and Rhythm Thief & the Paris Caper. It can be accessed from Petit Pont. Hubert usually stands outside of the cathedral.

Raphael and Marie first access this area in Chapter 2 when a clue written on the side of Marie's violin leads them there. The stained glass window at the back of the cathedral lights up when the song Moon Princess is played, and when its panels are touched in the right order, the Dragon Crown appears.
The Notre Dame Cathedral also appears in the rhythm game, Showtime, where Phantom R and his Backup Dancers dance in front of the landmark on an LED dance floor with lights and various NPCs around the stage watching the performance.

- In the wake of the 2019 Notre Dame Cathedral fire, Shun Nakamura made a Twitter post commemorating the landmark and hoping for it to be restored again, along with some concept art from Chapter 10.[1]
